Exchange Policy – Terms & Conditions

Exchanges are valid within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is only applicable in cases of technical faults, wrong size, or incorrect item received.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all labels/tags attached).

Refunds are not offered once an item is sold.

Please follow the washing and care instructions to maintain garment quality.

Claims related to fabric faults, stitching issues, or color fading will be accepted within 15 days of purchase, provided the issue is genuine.

Claims will not be accepted for misused, mishandled, or damaged items.

We use premium-quality accessories (buttons, zips, elastics, hooks, etc.). Claims will not be accepted if accessories are found broken or damaged after purchase.

Items with iron-on embellishments will not qualify for the claim.

How to Exchange

Share the reason for the exchange.

Visit the nearest outlet for a size exchange, OR send the item via courier to our Head Office if a technical fault is involved.
